2007 Update - California Dreamin’ In early 2006, after receiving a job opportunity I couldn’t pass by, I left my Wyoming home after living there for 5 ½ years. I traded in the Rocky Mountains for the Sierras, and live in the foothills of Central California, less than an hour from Yosemite. It was a good move for my career, and I enjoy California’s mild winters as well as the variety of recreational activities near by. Within a four hour drive, I could be enjoying the waves of the Pacific, cosmopolitan San Francisco, the wineries of Napa, or the mountains of Tahoe. I enjoy my new job but I don’t know that this is my last move. My 50th birthday has recently come and gone, and I wonder if there is one more move out there for me. Perhaps if my new No Baggage business is successful, it may lead to another move? But for now, life is good.
